Add new textblock variables

DEBei den Textbausteinen wurden die neue Variablen "Aktueller Benutzer" und "Zentrum" hinzugefügt.
ENThe new variables "current user" and "mandator" were added to the text modules.
Hierarchy for text modules

DEDie Darstellung von Textbausteinen kann nun hierarchisch erfolgen.

Revise text block button so that it is no longer necessary to click on the arrow

DEBei Dropdown-Schaltflächen ist es nicht mehr erforderlich, auf den rechten Bereich zu klicken, um die Dropdown-Liste zu öffnen.
ENDropdown buttons no longer require you to click the right region to open the dropdown list.
