Add a "Valid until" date to cost estimates

DEDer Kostenvoranschlag hat nun ein "Gültig bis" Datum.
ENThe estimate now has a "valid to" date.
Can add payments to an estimate

DEDie Schaltflächen zum Hinzufügen von Zahlungen waren auch beim Kostenvoranschlag sichtbar.
ENThe buttons for adding payments were also visible in the estimate.
Casenote entry is wrong - marked as fully payed and currency info is missing

DEBeim Karteikarteneintrag eines Kostenvoranschlages wurde immer "komplett bezahlt" angezeigt.
ENWhen entering a cost estimate on the casenote, "completely paid" was always displayed.

ENWhen sending a cost estimate, the name of the attachment was "Invoice x".
